Returns

Policies

  • Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.

  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
  • Merchandise indicated as "Made to Order" and “Final Sale” on product pages cannot be returned. If a return is made on a Made to Order or Final Sale item, the refund will not be processed.  
  • Shipping and handling costs and any other charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • PayPal purchases may not be returned to STARTER store locations.
  • Price adjustments will be honored within 14 days of purchase.

Made to Order Items  

Merchandise indicated as "Made to Order" cannot be returned. If a return is made on a Made to Order item, the refund will not be processed.  

*Made to Order products are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the printing.  

How to Return an Item

Repack the item you wish to return in its original packaging with the original tags still attached. Please be sure to include the return form provided with your return request inside the return package.

Please record the tracking number used from the label for your records. If our label is used, a charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use any traceable method of shipment.

Final Sale Items

Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If a return is made on a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.

How to Exchange an Item

Please return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item.

    Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products

    If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, please Contact Us for us to review and we will replace that item or accept a return and provide a full refund.

    Gift Returns

    All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

    U.S. Territory Customers:

    Please ship via an insured and traceable carrier. If duties and taxes were applied on an order that is being returned, it is up to the customer to contact customs to have that amount refunded.
